Über die Position:
Rituals steht für mehr als nur Kosmetik – hier dreht sich alles um persönliche Wohlfühlmomente Als deutschsprachiger Kundenservicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) wird dir die Möglichkeit geboten, Teil dieser besonderen Mission zu sein. Anfragen der Kund:innen erreichen dich auf Deutsch über E-Mail, Telefon und Social Media, und du hilfst dabei, das Rituals-Erlebnis noch unvergesslicher zu machen. Beratung ist hier mehr als nur eine Aufgabe; als Kundenservicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) geht es vor allem darum, die Kund:innen zu begeistern und ihnen die Welt von Rituals näherzubringen.
Ein besonderes Highlight: Diese Position ist komplett remote im Homeoffice, was dir die Freiheit gibt, bequem und flexibel von jedem beliebigen Ort in den Niederlanden als deutschsprachiger Kundenservicemitarbeiter (m/w/d) zu arbeiten.
Dein Profil:
Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Kosmetik und bringst starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit. Empathie und Verständnis zeichnen dich als Customer Service Agent aus, um deutsche Kund:innen optimal zu beraten. Außerdem arbeitest du gern im Team und bist für mindestens 28 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar. Mit fließendem Deutsch und Englisch bist du perfekt aufgestellt, um Teil dieser spannenden Reise zu werden
