Wat ga je doen?
Wat ga je doen?
Als Assortment Quality Specialist draag je verantwoordelijkheid over de 38 miljoen artikelen die Bol verkoopt op het platform. Bol heeft kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan en wil daarom controversiële artikelen, artikelen die aanstootgevend zijn, nepartikelen of wapens weren van het platform. In deze rol ga jij het gesprek aan met partners die de kwaliteitsnormen van Bol niet naleven. Hiervoor is het belangrijk dat je informeert en uitlegt waarom iets niet verkocht mag worden. Is de partner hardleers? Dan ontzeg je hem of haar toegang tot het platform.
Wie ben jij?
Zoals je hierboven kunt lezen is het allereerst van belang dat je communicatief vaardig bent en stevig in je schoenen staat. Luistert een partner niet naar jouw argumenten, dan laat je je niet gek maken. Daarnaast werk je makkelijk in verschillende systemen om artikelen te achterhalen die niet verkocht mogen worden via het platform. Je analytische houding zorgt ervoor dat je hierin snel prioriteiten kunt stellen en acties kunt uitzetten. Daarnaast ben je leergierig en heb je ambitie om binnen deze afdeling ook projecten in de richting van procesverbetering of duurzaamheid op te pakken.
Waar kom je te werken?
Je komt te werken bij de grootste webwinkel van de Benelux in een jong en ambitieus team in Utrecht. Hier werken we samen in een omgeving waar fouten maken mag, en je veel verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen krijgt. En dat moet ook wel, want op deze afdeling draag je je steentje bij aan het iedere dag een stukje beter maken van Bol. Binnen deze afdeling liggen er tal voor doorgroeimogelijkheden. Nog belangrijker; de kans op een overname is groot
Wat wij bieden
- Een salaris van €2500 op basis van 40 uur;
- De mogelijkheid om gedeeltelijk vanuit huis te werken;
- Een thuiswerkvergoeding van €9,23 per week;
- Volledige OV-vergoeding, kilometervergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer;
- Mogelijkheid om op contract te werken bij Bol;
Wat wij vragen:
- Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt affiniteit met e-commerce en werkt makkelijk in verschillende systemen;
- Je bent leergierig, communicatief vaardig en staat stevig in je schoenen
