Als deutschsprachiger Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) in Amsterdam oder Enschede wirst du zur ersten Anlaufstelle für Kund:innen, die sich mit ihren Anliegen über E-Mail, Telefon und Social Media an uns wenden. In dieser Rolle bist du nicht nur ein Berater, sondern auch ein Botschafter unserer Marke. Mit Begeisterung schilderst du die Düfte unserer Produktlinien und erklärst, wie man sein eigenes personalisiertes Shampoo kreieren kann. Neben Deutsch ist auch fließendes Englisch eine wichtige Voraussetzung für diesen Job.
Deine Hauptaufgabe als Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) besteht darin, den Kund:innen ein Gefühl von Entspannung und Wohlbefinden zu vermitteln. Du bist engagiert und gibst stets die passenden Antworten – immer mit einem Höchstmaß an persönlicher Aufmerksamkeit. Für dich ist Kundenservice nicht nur ein Job, sondern eine Herzensangelegenheit.
Bevor du in dieser Rolle durchstartest, wirst du einen schriftlichen Deutsch-Test absolvieren, um deine Sprachkenntnisse unter Beweis zu stellen und zu zeigen, dass du der ideale Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen bist.
In dieser Customer Service Agent-Position (m/w/d) ist Flexibilität gefragt: Du solltest von Montag bis Sonntag, zwischen 8:45 Uhr und 21:00 Uhr, verfügbar sein. Alle vier Wochen erhältst du einen neuen Schichtplan, der dir ermöglicht, deine Arbeitszeiten optimal zu gestalten. Dabei kannst du deine Präferenzen angeben und wirst in verschiedene Schichten eingeteilt – dazu gehören gelegentlich auch Wochenend- und Abendschichten.
Wir bieten dir drei verschiedene Schichtmodelle:
- Tagesschicht: 08:45-18:00 Uhr
- Spätschicht: 11:00-21:00 Uhr
- Wochenendschicht: 10:00-18:30 Uhr
Je nach deinen Bedürfnissen kannst du zwischen Schichten von 4, 6 oder 8 Stunden wählen.

Wat wij bieden

- Ein Gehalt von 15€ mit 0-3 Jahren Erfahrung und 15.30€ für 3 Jahre+mehr Erfahrung;

- Feiertage: 100% Zuschlag, Sonntage: 50%, Zuschlag Arbeitszeiten zwischen 20:00 und 21:00 Uhr: 25% Zuschlag;
- Zusätzliche Kosten für Homeoffice: 2.35€;
- Feiertage: 100%, Sonntage: 50%, Arbeitsstunden zwischen 20:00 und 21:00 Uhr: 25%;
- 2,35 € für zusätzliche Kosten für das Arbeiten von zu Hause aus.
Wat wij vragen:
- Mindestbildungsabschluss mbo level 4
- Du bist für 20-40 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar;
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Kosmetik;
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
