You will be part of the Benelux Marketing Team based in our Amsterdam office, working on marketing execution and promotional activities of Spin Master’s brand portfolio. A hands-on role that will challenge you to manage a diverse group of brands working with cross-functional peers. Responsibilities
The Assistant Brand Manager is responsible for the following tasks autonomously, supported by and reporting to the Senior Brand Manager:
Develop and manage the marketing plan for the assigned brands, including strategy and promotions. Work closely with media agencies and licensors to drive brand growth. Collaborate on forecasting with Supply/Demand Planners and Sales Team. Manage the financial aspects of the brand portfolio. Support sales presentations and provide sales tools for successful brand sell-in. Foster collaboration across marketing, sales, supply/demand, and finance. Requirements Experience in developing and executing strong marketing plans. Strong project management skills with attention to detail. Creative and analytical skills; proficient in Excel. Pro-active and result-driven; team player. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across geographies. Culturally sensitive and respectful of different cultures. Stress resilient and ready for new challenges. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Economics. 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in the Toy Industry or FMCG. Proficiency in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
