      Als Global Mobility Compliance Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de belasting-, sociale zekerheids- en praktische aangelegenheden voor de werknemers van onze klanten die naar Nederland komen, naar het buitenland vertrekken of die remote werken. Je leidt en coördineert het hele proces en werkt daarbij nauw samen met collega’s in binnen- en buitenland. Je bent direct aanspreekpunt voor de HR-afdeling bij onze cliënten en voor de expats zelf. Waar nodig schakel je (internationale) specialisten in, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van immigratie, transfer pricing, payroll en arbeidsrecht.

      In je rol als Global Mobility Compliance Officer verzorg je onder meer aangiften inkomstenbelasting, 30%-regelingen, A1-aanvragen en ben je als onderdeel van het Global Mobility-team actief betrokken bij advisering over grensoverschrijdende belasting- en sociale verzekeringsvraagstukken en de praktische implementatie daarvan. Je zult vaak als eerste contactpersoon optreden en de communicatie voeren met expats. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor dossierbeheer en het bewaken van deadlines. Wat bieden wij?
