For the Accounting department, currently looking for a full-timer availble 5 days onsite You will be working in an international environment within a multicultural team. In this role you will be responsible for AP/AR related tasks.

The client is an international logsitics company offering its customers worldwide "door-to-door" intermodal transport solutions utilizing air, ocean, and ground transport as required. Their main activity remains import and export airfreight & have been active in the three Benelux countries since 1988

Description

• Accounts Payable - Booking invoices.
• Accounts Receivable - Collection by mail and phone.
• Preparation of Banks Booking.
• Preparation of necessary journal entries.
• Book and reconcile Intra/Intercompany invoices in sub ledger Accounts Receivable and Payable.
• Work together with the team for a proper monthly closing of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Possible future tasks:
• Monthly settlements for several Intercompany offices (AP & AR).
• Prepare VAT declaration.
• Fixed assets administration.
• Prepare cashflow forecast for foreign currency.

Profile

You have a finished degree in Accounting (HBO level or MBO with experience).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
• Outstanding knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken Dutch & English.
• You are a team player, accurate and efficient.
• And have good accounting and analytic skills.
