The Internship
Within the Performance Marketing team, we are looking for a Paid Media Intern to help us with the management of our Paid Media channels. You will be supporting the HQ and local teams in bringing to life the Bugaboo brand on all our paid channels (Google Ads, Paid Social Media and Display) and drive sales for our Bugaboo.com website. In addition to this, you will work on identifying global opportunities, industry analysis and reporting to further improve the performance of our campaigns.
You will be part of an international team that works together on a regular basis and has a collaborative culture with room for new ideas. At Bugaboo, we have hybrid work, so you will be able to work at home for some days and work together with the team 2 days a week in our headquarters in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost.
This is a full-time role with a duration of 5-6 months.
The internship will be focused on:
- Support the team's day-to-day activities and get involved in new product launches, seasonal and global campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media Specialists in setting up, optimizing and managing our paid media campaigns in Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Facebook Business Manager) and Display.
- Set up, run, and analyze A/B tests across Paid Media channels.
- Monitor and optimize performance of campaigns, generating simple reporting and performance analysis.
- Conducting analysis on keywords, creative assets, and audiences.
- Support communication with the local market teams, joining meetings regularly.
What you will bring to the table
- You are a 3rd or 4th year Higher Vocational Education (HBO), or University student and an internship is a compulsory part of your curriculum. You study in the field of (digital) Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Commercial Economy, Communication, or related areas.
- You are interested in performance marketing, digital marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Social Ads and YouTube); having a basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager or Google Ads is a plus.
- You like to work as part of a team as well as independently and consider yourself proactive, detail-oriented, and, enthusiastic; also, you are analytical, with the ability to interpret data/information and distill the most important insights.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English.
- You are available for 40h per week for at least 5-6 months and will be able to work flexible – both in Amsterdam office and taking part in online teams.
