Wij zoeken
- Je hebt minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau;
- Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen de logistiek, bij voorkeur in de luchtvracht;
- Je hebt ervaring in een office omgeving;
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Je bent beschikbaar voor 40 uur per week.

Als Customer Service Forwarding ben jij een duizendpoot en déchakel voor een top-notch service richting de logistieke klanten van onze opdrachtgever. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor vlekkeloze administratieve processen en een continu hoog serviceniveau.
- Waarborgen van de continuïeit en kwaliteit op de afdeling;
- Collega's op de afdeling Operatie/Trucking & Loods voorzien van juiste informatie;
- Actief zoeken naar verbeteringen en efficiënte werkmethodes;
- Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met airlines, klanten en interne afdelingen;
- Zorgdragen voor de vlotte verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande zendingen;
- Aansturen van de loods met precisie;
- Correcte administratieve afhandeling van klantclaims;
- Controleren en aansturen van vervoerders;
- Regelmatig contact onderhouden met de airlines;
- Uitvoeren van overige administratieve processen die de afdeling ten goede komen.
