Dit ga je doen
BDO is dé plek om de beste te worden in je vak. Als Senior Consultant Loonbelasting ben je onderdeel van het Tax & Legal team van BDO en wordt je breed ingezet op het loonheffingenvlak. Samen met je collega's bereid je bijvoorbeeld adviezen voor op het gebied van werknemersbeloningen (werkkostenregeling), medewerkersparticipaties, zzp problematiek en de gevolgen van grensoverschrijdend werken voor werkgever en werknemer. Daarnaast kun je ervaring opdoen met due diligence assistentie en Tax Control Framework werkzaamheden op het gebied van de loonheffingen.
Als Senior Consultant Loonbelasting:
- onderzoek je de fiscale mogelijkheden voor specifieke situaties van klanten (multinationals en groot en klein MKB) en toetst deze aan de huidige en toekomstige regelgeving;
- bereid je correspondentie met de klant, de belastingdienst en andere instanties voor;
- werk je aan afwisselende (compliance) opdrachten voor diverse (internationale) klanten;
- word je betrokken bij de voorbereiding van o.a. loonbelastingscans en (online) workshops die het team geeft aan klanten en prospects;
- stel je diverse aanvragen op op het gebied van de 30%-regeling, A1 verklaringen, werk- en verblijfsvergunningen en help je mee aan de advisering hieromtrent.
