Wat ga je doen?

Werken bij een internationaal georiënteerd bedrijf

Dit bedrijf is gefocust op het distribueren van chemicaliën en ingrediënten. Zij hebben daarbij als doel om dit op een zo duurzame manier te doen. Zo kun je denken aan het opslaan van verf, waarbij zij veiligheids- en milieuprotocollen hebben. Naast de inkoop en verkoop van deze producten, willen zij dit op een zo efficiënt mogelijke manier distribueren. Dit bedrijf is hier specialist en marktleider in, omdat het distribueren van chemische producten erg complex is. De vestiging in Amsterdam is erop gericht op bedrijfsondersteunende functies zoals Finance, IT, Data & analytics, Facilitair en HR.

Jij gaat aan de slag als HR support

Als HR support ga je aan de slag met verschillende taken. Zo houd jij je bezig met het opstellen van contracten en data entry werk. Het is daarom ook belangrijk dat jij precies en secuur te werk gaat. Omdat het een internationaal bedrijf is, zul jij je ook bezig houden om het voor deze mensen op-en-top te regelen. Het is daarom ook belangrijk dat je zowel Engels als Nederlands spreekt. De contracten zijn namelijk ook in het Engels. Je zult on the job ingewerkt worden door je buddy die jou mee neemt in alle taken.
