Als Process Control System Engineer (Junior) weet jij wat het belang is van goede besturings- en beveiligingssystemen in een chemische fabriek. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het hart van de plant. Als dat “hart” optimaal pompt kan de plant een top performance neerzetten. Het optimaal laten functioneren van deze systemen ligt in jouw handen. Uiteraard houd je daarbij rekening met de eisen die worden gesteld door onze klanten op het gebied onderhouds- en bediengemak van de systemen,
de veiligheid, de kosten en wetgeving. Je begrijpt de samenhang tussen de systemen en je kunt die zelfstandig configureren. Natuurlijk doe je dit niet alleen, maar word je omringt door andere zeer kundige professionals. Dat maakt werken bij Sitech uniek. Hoe ga jij bijdragen
- Je treedt op als technisch aanspreekpunt intern Sitech maar ook voor de klanten, brengt specifieke ervaringskennis met betrekking tot equipment in bij projectscopes, onderhoudt informatiepakketten, engineeringpakketten, gebruiker requirement specs, bedieningsinstructies en –trainingen;
- Je borgt de technisch inhoudelijke kwaliteit van de scoping binnen projecten en levert support tijdens de uitvoering en technische overdracht;
- Je voert correctieve, preventieve en predictieve onderhoudstaken uit met betrekking tot technische inhoud, met inachtneming van veiligheid, integriteit, beschikbaarheid en kosten;
- Je zorgt voor compleetheid van de systemen, spare parts en documentatie;
- Je implementeert zelfstandig wijzigingen en uitbreidingen aan DCS en PLC-systemen;
- Je borgt de equipmentkennis en houdt die op peil en toegankelijk.
- Je initieert verbeteringen en komt met innovatieve oplossingen.
Jouw ideale achtergrond
- Je hebt een afgeronde technische HBO-opleiding (bij voorkeur Electrotechniek met Meet- en Regeltechniek of Besturingstechniek);|
- Je hebt affiniteit en/of kennis/kunde van process control- en veiligheidssystemen zoals Emerson, Yokogawa en/of Honeywell;
- Je hebt kennis met Operational Technology (OT), Windows, netwerken en cyber security binnen process control.
