Dit ga je doen

Als Beveiliger high risk ben je bij dit object verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van de personen die zich in het object bevinden. Daarnaast heb je continue focus op de omgeving. Afwijkingen worden door jou gesignaleerd. Een hoger beveiligingsniveau en dus echt iets voor de beveiliger die zelf ook op een hoger niveau wil presteren 

Naast de reguliere veiligheidstaken ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het signaleren van afwijkende situaties en gedrag. Ook anticipeer je op elk denkbaar veiligheidsrisico waar jij snel en proactief op reageert. 

Er wordt gebruikt gemaakt van de nieuwste beveiligingsoplossingen om de veiligheid te waarborgen. Zo is het pand o.a. voorzien van professionele camera's die bij te houden zijn in een meldkamer waar je verdachte situaties herkent en hiernaar handelt volgens vastgestelde protocollen.

Dit ben jij

Werken bij Securitas betekent inspelen op onverwachte situaties en altijd de ‘actiemodus’ aan. Je pakt door en bent duidelijk met een glimlach en een ‘tot-hier-en-niet-verder-mentaliteit’. Jij ziet en hoort wat anderen niet opmerken. Ook ben je geduldig en goed in je contact met mensen. 

  • Een diploma Beveiliger 2 of je bent bereid deze te behalen
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse- en Engelse taal. 
  • In bezit van rijbewijs en eigen vervoer. 
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring als Beveiliger high risk

  • Uurloon tijdens de opleiding € 15,33 bruto
  • Uurloon vanaf € 16,01 bruto (na behalen van je diploma)
  • Na het behalen van jouw diploma direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd
  • Onregelmatigheidstoeslag afhankelijk van jouw type dienst
  • Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden (meer dan 150 cursussen)

Goed om te weten: voordat je jouw arbeidsovereenkomst ontvangt, wordt er een assessment toegestuurd en wordt er altijd een screening bij de politie uitgevoerd. Deze screening duurt 6 tot 8 weken en voor een positieve uitslag is het vereist dat je niet eerder in aanraking bent geweest met politie of justitie. Ook sta je de afgelopen 8 jaar ingeschreven in een gemeente in Nederland.
