Wie ben jij?

    • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
    • Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, kennis van een andere vreemde taal is een pre;
    • Kennis van en ervaring met ERP systemen en goede vaardigheden in Excel.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Customer Support Medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van klantorders en het ondersteunen van zowel klanten als salesteams. Je zorgt voor een soepel verloop van de logistieke en administratieve processen en hebt nauw contact met verschillende magazijnen.
    • Beantwoorden van vragen en wensen van wholesale klanten en salesteams in Nederland, Duitsland en België.
    • Zorgdragen voor de logistieke en administratieve afhandeling van internationale merken.
    • Overzicht houden over in- en uitgaande goederenstromen en maken van forecasts voor effectieve planningen.
    • Verdelen van goederen en controleren of klanten geleverd mogen krijgen.
    • Advies en informatie geven aan diverse afdelingen en klanten over goederen en verzendingen.
    • Opstellen van import-, export- en transitdocumenten voor dagelijkse zendingen.
