FUNCTION CONTENT No day is the same in this position One day you work on the production of an E-bike and the next day you assemble a racing bike. The entire production process is done by human hands from A to Z. Colleagues who work committedly, accurately and meticulously to make the consumer happy with his or her purchase. Then read on Before you start working in this position, you will receive a two-day internal training in which safety and the product are central. Our client sets high standards for quality and therefore expects employees to handle the product safely and responsibly. After completing this training, you can immediately start working on the work floor under the supervision of an experienced colleague. This is where your challenge begins

Wij vragen:

JOB REQUIREMENTS  In the position of assembly production employee, it is important that you are flexibly available. You work from Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. During busy peaks you are expected to be flexible enough to work overtime on Mondays and/or Wednesdays and possibly Saturday mornings. It is also important that you have experience in production or assembly. Because you are on your feet a lot, it is important that you are in good physical condition. You often work with your hands to assemble bicycle parts. It is important that you have technical insight. In other words: you know how to handle tools and use them safely. Other requirements for this position are: - Command of the English language - Have your own transport (location is accessible by public transport) You start in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea in the canteen. Is it 6am? The production process starts Together with the colleagues in your line, you will first be addressed by the line manager about the details of that day. After this, you walk to your workplace and the production process begins on the assembly line. Each colleague has their own part to mount on the bicycle. It starts with the frame and the further you go, the more the product starts to look like a bicycle. *Please note: participation in the application process requires an introductory technical test to test whether you can use tools. The company's working language is English and therefore the test will also be administered in English.
