- Persoonlijke service naar de gasten: o.a. aanbieden van koffie, tonen van producten, toelichten van de trends, stoffen en materialen;
- Verwelkomen van gasten met egards;
- Volwaardig gesprekspartner zijn voor de gasten en hen adviseren en stylen;
- Continue up to date zijn van de ontwikkelingen en updates in de wereld van luxury business;
- Optimaliseren van de verkoopcijfers;
