What will you do?As a technical business development officer, your role involves exploring opportunities within our product portfolio, identifying new developments based on market feedback, and collaborating closely with the Product Development and Sales Managers to drive growth.
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Analyze market challenges and translate them into technical projects.
- Suggest new market segments and support converting prospects into customers.
- Conduct lab experiments and application studies for product enhancement.
- Evaluate product and process performance to drive improvements.
What do you offer as a Technical Business Development professional?
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication, analytical, and numerical skills. Fluency in English is a must, while knowledge of Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in food technology/chemistry with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales or product development.
- Experience in confectionery, nutraceutical, or emulsifier industry is preferred.
- Work location: Zwijndrecht.
