Jij bent een tester met oog op kwaliteit. Je bent de (positieve) kritische 'luis in de pels' die zorgt dat de kwaliteit van software continue beter wordt en de testen steeds beter geautomatiseerd kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Als Test (automation) Engineer bij NS International ga je werken in het Booker Team. Dit multidisciplinaire team is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en beheer van de boekings-module op de website van NS International. In deze rol zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren en verbeteren van testen binnen het team.
Je primaire taak is het opzetten en uitbreiden van automatische tests in nauwe samenwerking met de analisten en developers binnen het team.
Daarnaast ga je:
Implementeren en uitbreiden van het testframework met Playwright. Onderhouden en verbeteren test strategie. Onderhouden en verbeteren van de test-strategie en -architectuur binnen NSI. Samenwerken met collega testautomatiseerders van andere teams. Adviseren van developers in het testbaar opzetten van code. Dit zijn de functie-eisen
Minimaal afgeronde HBO opleiding of aantoonbaar HBO werk-/denkniveau. Tenminste 2 jaar ervaring als ontwikkelaar/technisch tester. Ervaring met BDD en Cucumber is een pre. Ervaring met Typescript en Playwright is een pre. Ervaring met Angular en Wiremock is een pre. Ervaring met Azure Devops en AWS is een pre. Bekend met Scrum- en de Agile manier van werken. Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (woord/geschrift).Bij NS werken we met de volgende drie gedragskenmerken: aan- en uitspreken, durf en veranderbereidheid. Voor deze functie in dit team ligt de nadruk op durf. Dit betekent dat we wel van je verwachten dat je de communicatie aangaat met het team. Niet bang bent om af te stappen als je graag wil sparren met een van je teamleden.

Een salaris tussen €3.254,76 en €5.819,76 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 36-urige werkweek). Een 36-urige werkweek. 144 uur wettelijk verlof (o.b.v. een fulltime dienstverband) + extra verlof afhankelijk van leeftijd (minimaal een week). De mogelijkheid om 3 christelijke feestdagen om te ruilen voor 3 niet-christelijke feestdagen. 3% eindejaarsuitkering, 8% vakantietoeslag en een . Je treinreizen in de 2e klas zijn gratis; in de 1e klas reizen kan tegen een kleine eigen bijdrage. Je gezin reist gratis in de daluren.
