- Deadline- 7 jun 2024Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding van het programma. Dit doe je in overleg met de programmaleider, prof. dr. Philip Brey en vice-programmaleider, prof. dr. Sabine Roeser. Je voert het beleid uit dat wordt gesteld door het Dagelijks Bestuur (waarin naast jijzelf ook de programmaleider, de vice-programmaleider, een communicatiemedewerker en een managementassistent bestaan) en de Management Board (het centrale strategische bestuur, bestaande uit negen hoogleraren en jijzelf). Taken omvatten de volgende:
- Algehele coördinatie van de onderzoeksactiviteiten van het programma: het bieden van adequate coördinatie en ondersteuning voor de personeelsbezetting en het functioneren van onderzoekslijnen en de interactie daartussen, inclusief de coördinatie van grote onderzoek bijeenkomsten, workshops en evenementen.
- Administratief & financieel beheer, waaronder de financiële planning (samen met de voor het programma aangestelde financieel controller), het verzamelen en organiseren van actuele informatie en coördinatie en het schrijven van (jaar)rapportages en andere programmateksten.
- Het geven van beleidsadvies aan de programmaleider en Management Board, het mede voorbereiden van de vergaderingen van de Management Board.
- Het implementeren van strategische beslissingen en beleid van de Management Board en het waarborgen van de procedures. Bijvoorbeeld over personeelsbeleid, open access publiceren, diversiteit, co-auteurschap, PhD onderwijs, etc.
- Het verzorgen van de externe communicatie met de financiers van het programma (NWO), de Wetenschappelijke Adviesraad, de Consortiumraad, deelnemende instellingen en externe partners.
Bovenstaande taken worden uitgevoerd in samenwerking met relevante bureaus en functionarissen van de UT en de andere deelnemende universiteiten, waaronder de financiële controller, HR-afdelingen, kennisbenuttingsfunctionarissen en anderen.

- relevante (project)management
- of coördinatie-ervaring, bij voorkeur in een academische context
- uitstekende sociale en organisatorische vaardigheden, professionele instelling, verantwoordelijk, accuraat en zelfstandig optreden
- mínimaal een masterdiploma in filosofie, management, techniek of een ander relevant vakgebied
- interesse in ethische, sociale en filosofische kwesties met betrekking tot technologie en techniek
- sterk probleemoplossend vermogen en het vermogen om zich te verhouden tot verschillende ideeën en standpunten en deze samen te brengen
- aantoonbaar enthousiasme om anderen te helpen en een positieve houding in de interactie met onderzoekers in het programma

**Ons aanbod**:
