Our adept professionals are primed to provide an extensive array of corporate & transactional services, spanning from local management and accounting & administration support to corporate secretarial aid, payroll services, and various other legal & financial transactions.

What you'll contribute:
- Draft balance sheets, profit-and-loss accounts, and annual reports in alignment with Dutch GAAP or IFRS standards
- Oversee transactions, payment processes, facilitate filings, and registrations with pertinent authorities (Chamber of Commerce, Tax Authorities, Dutch Central Bank);
- Maintain updated records of client entities;
- Ensure compliance of client entities with local & global regulations;
- Manage relationships with clients, advisors, and authorities;
- Uphold our reputation as a forward-thinking provider of trust and corporate services;
- Act as a vigilant gatekeeper to safeguard the financial system and adhere to WFT (Wet Financieel Toezicht) regulations.
Essential technical proficiencies, experience, and qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent;
- 2-5 years of industry experience in trust, financial services, or accounting sectors;
- Structured and organized work approach;
- Proficient in English;
- Fluency in Dutch.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent;
- Prior experience at a notable accounting firm in the Netherlands.
