The Public Policy Manager for the Benelux region is responsible for setting strategy, engaging with policymakers, and managing internal stakeholders on key policy topics, especially youth, fraud prevention, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Stakeholders:
Interact with policymakers, trade associations, industry partners, key opinion leaders, and non-profits to shape policy frameworks.
Collaborate Across Functions:
Work with Product, Legal, Communications, Corporate, Partnership, and global policy teams to ensure aligned strategies.
Monitor and Research:
Track and analyze current and emerging public policy issues in the Benelux region.
Campaign Management:
Manage smaller advocacy campaigns independently and assist with larger ones.
Develop and execute campaign strategies, including communications and outreach plans.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience:
Knowledge of internet technologies, security, privacy, safety, and content moderation.
Experience in government relations or policy issues.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional campaign execution skills.
Network and experience with policymakers in The Hague.
Background in a tech company or government preferred.
Language:
Fluent in Dutch.
