This role involves supporting the implementation and change management of digital solutions aimed at developing a carer-friendly community in collaboration with community partners for a caregiver support project. If you have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Social Sciences, or Social Work with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in implementing IT solutions, especially in work settings, we want you Proficiency in web applications and multimedia production is a plus. Being fluent in Cantonese is a must. We are looking for a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Support the daily operation of IT solution implementation
- Respond to user inquiries and incidents
- Develop training materials for optimizing user experiences
- Collaborate with vendors on IT projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
