Als stagiair Customer Experience krijg jij de ruimte om je steentje bij te dragen aan het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van onze klantbeleving, om hierbij onze klantrelatie en -loyaliteit verder te ontwikkelen en versterken.
Wat houdt de functie in?
Je gaat aan de slag op onze afdeling customer care; hét hart van interne en externe feedback op producten en processen. Deze afdeling is enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor de afhandeling van interne verzoeken ondersteunend aan het Sales proces. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het up to date houden van klantinformatie, het organiseren van retouren en het opzetten van credits. De afdeling is anderzijds ook verantwoordelijk voor het oppakken van feedback rechtstreeks vanuit klanten. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan de klantervaring van ons reparatieproces of aankoopproces.
Doordat al deze informatie samenkomt op één afdeling, ligt hier de uitgelezen mogelijkheid om middels data-analyse onze andere afdelingen te adviseren over (proces)verbeteringen. Naast het verwerken van hetgeen er nodig is om klanttevredenheid te waarborgen, is het natuurlijk net zo belangrijk om op basis van deze informatie een advies te brengen hoe dit in de toekomst structureel beter kan.

Het werk is flexibel in te delen en betreft gemiddeld 8 uur per week.
Werkzaamheden:
- Verwerken van binnenkomende verzoeken:
- Data aanvullen voor ons klantenbestand vanuit een extra database
- Support bieden bij interne aanvragen om ons klantenbestand aan te vullen.
- Analyseren en adviseren op bestaande processen
- Draai analyses op alle informatie die wij vanuit in- en extern verwerken
- Draag proactief mogelijkheden tot verbetering aan binnen deze topics
- Goed idee? Werk het verder uit en implementeer
- Onderzoek naar proactieve aanpak Customer Experience
- Welke mogelijkheden zie jij om naast het reactief ophalen van feedback ook proactief aan de slag te gaan om onze klantbeleving te verbeteren?
- Schrijf een business case, draai een pilot en maak een voorstel voor implementatie.
