About the position


Are you passionate about the taste of plant-based products? Dive into an exciting internship with the Creams Team where your primary mission will be to improve the taste of plant-based creams.

In this role, you will explore the effects of ingredients and texture on the release of flavours, mouthfeel and off-notes.

You will design a trial plan using literature and internal expert views.

You will create and analyse samples in the pilot plant, lab and kitchen, draw insightful conclusions, and present your findings to the team.


So what does it take to be successful in this role?

  • You are a bachelor (HBO) or master student in Food Technology, Chemistry or similar in the Netherlands.
  • You have a general understanding of food and/or plantbased product development.
  • You have some understanding and affinity in taste; flavours, plant offnotes, mouthfeel etc.
  • You have good analytical skills and competency in connecting experimental results to the content of literature.
