As Product Manager for XRD - Empyrean at Malvern Panalytical, you will be a pivotal member of our product team, responsible for championing our XRD product range. You will play a strategic role in defining product vision and direction, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership: Manage the lifecycle of the XRD - Empyrean product range, ensuring its value and viability. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, informing product strategy. Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, gathering insights to drive product development and enhancement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, promoting the XRD - Empyrean product line and supporting marketing initiatives.Requirements:
Innovative Mindset: Passion for innovation and delivering value to customers. Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams. Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences with clarity and vision.
