Collins Foods Europe is op zoek naar een Construction Coördinator, in de afdeling Design & Construction. In deze functie speel je een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van de bouw- en verbouwprocessen van KFC-restaurants van Collins Foods Europe. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat alle voorbereidingen nauwkeurig worden beheerd en dat de (her)opening een enorm succes wordt. Bij integratieprojecten werk je nauw samen met de projectmanager van de nieuwbouw. Het streven is om jaarlijks ongeveer 6 nieuwe vestigingen te openen. Naast de nieuwe openingen, worden jaarlijks ongeveer 15 restaurants verbouwd en worden er nog 10 overige projecten ter uitvoering gebracht.

Met jouw invulling van de rol verlopen processen soepel en compleet. Alle benodigde apparatuur en accessoires zijn besteld voor alle projecten, het openingstraject is nauwgezet gevolgd en alle items wachten op tijdige en volledige levering. Tijdens de levering is alles volledig in controle en wordt het restaurant op het afgesproken tijdstip overgedragen aan ons operationele team. Een paar dagen later kan het restaurant (opnieuw) openen en kunnen onze gasten genieten van onze vers bereide Fried Chicken.

Kortom, in deze leuke en afwisselde functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

Het opzetten en begeleiden van het projectteam met alle relevante afdelingen binnen ons Restaurant Support Center. Het proces eindigt met het geven van een groen licht aan onze projectmanager om het restaurant over te dragen aan onze operationele afdeling. Het bestellen van apparatuur, keukengerei en verschillende andere noodzakelijke onderdelen, gebaseerd op tekeningen en huidige normen voor nieuwe restaurants. Het beheren van de voorraad van apparatuur alsmede de juiste datum van levering. De bewaking van levertermijnen, projectvoortgang, afstemming met leveranciers en evaluatie. Het leiden van kleine bouwkundig gerelateerde projecten.

In deze rol werk je voornamelijk vanuit onze Restaurant Support Center in Amsterdam / hybride.

Minimaal een afgerond MBO4 diploma in een relevante technische discipline. Aantoonbaar, minimaal 2-4 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Analytische procesdenker met gevoel voor verhoudingen, context en prioriteitstelling. Een verbinder, welke in staat is om effectief te communiceren met verschillende personen en afdelingen. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in woord & schrift (NL/ENG goed en DE voldoende).
