Hou jij ervan om storingen aan installaties en machines te fixen en technische taken uit te voeren? Als Besturing technicus ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een soepel operationeel proces en een veilig machinepark. Je lost storingen zelfstandig op en zorgt voor back-ups van besturingssoftware en onderhoud van besturingscomponenten.

Taken van de functie

  • Zorg voor de continuïteit van het productie- en verpakkingsproces;
  • Oplossen van mechanische, elektrische en besturingsstoringen aan machines en installaties;
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud;
  • Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in het proces;
  • Doen van voorstellen ter verbetering;
  • Tijdig verstrekken van benodigde materialen;
  • Beheren van technische infrastructuur en hulpmiddelen;
  • Efficiënt registreren van storingen met behulp van softwareprogramma;
  • Werken volgens veiligheids- en hygiëneregels;
  • Zorgen voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving.

Bevoegdheden en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Stopzetten van werkzaamheden bij onveilige situaties of gebreken.

Vereiste opleiding

Verplichte gerelateerde MBO/MBO+ opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar;
Affiniteit met beide richtingen vereist;
Gevorderde kennis van PLC-besturingen;
In bezit van geldig VCA en NEN-3140 certificaat.
