Bij Warner Bros. Amsterdam ben jij als parttime facilitair coördinator de superheld van het kantoor Je bent de troubleshooter die dag in, dag uit de meest gekke problemen oplost voor je collega's. Van koffiezetapparaten die op mysterieuze wijze de dienst weigeren tot printers die in de comfortabele stand van storing blijven hangen, jij hebt altijd de perfecte oplossing in petto. En als de meester van de voorraadkast houd je een oogje in het zeil, zodat je collega's nooit zonder pennen of snacks komen te zitten. Kortom, met jou in de buurt is het kantoor altijd in goede handen en gevuld met lachende gezichten
Werkzaamheden
- Coördineren en organiseren van facilitaire diensten zoals schoonmaak, beveiliging en catering;
- Fungeren als ondersteuning op de werkvloer en rapporteren aan het managementteam;
- Monitoren en verbeteren van klanttevredenheid;
Wat verwachten we van je?
- Jij hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als facility medewerker in een bezige omgeving;
- Je hebt een onverslaanbaar gevoel voor humor en een positieve instelling, zelf wanneer de printer het voor de tiende keer opgeeft;
- Je jongleert moeiteloos met verschillende taken en hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen;
- Jij hebt ogen in jouw achterhoofd en oren die alles horen;
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
