Functieomschrijving

Voor Argenta zijn we op zoek naar een data analist die de business kan ondersteunen bij het maken van analyses en dashboards. Daar zit ook een adviserende rol bij naar de business en het gebruik van data. Je zal datamarts opbouwen en vertalen naar gebruiksvriendelijke dashboards waardoor de business toegang krijgt tot kwaliteitsvolle data. Je zult ook actief betrokken zijn bij het ontwikkelen van de Tableau community binnen Argenta, waarin we een Argenta-brede visie op data-analyse nastreven.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ondersteunen van de business door middel van het maken van analyses en het bieden van waardevolle inzichten.
  • Bouwen van overzichtelijke dashboards voor de business.
  • Samenwerken met diverse teams en afdelingen om de data-analysepraktijken te verbeteren en te optimaliseren.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de uitbouw van een Tableau community binnen Argenta en het ontwikkelen van een gemeenschappelijke visie op data-analyse.
Functie-eisen
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als data analist en hebt kennis van relevante tools en technieken.
  • Je bent bekend met het bouwen van datamarts en het creëren van dashboards.
  • Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt complexe analyses op een begrijpelijke manier presenteren aan verschillende belanghebbenden.
  • Je bent gedreven, zelfstandig en kunt goed samenwerken in een team
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend (It's mandatory to speak Dutch for this role)
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de bancaire/financiële sector en begrijpt de uitdagingen en kansen die hiermee samenhangen.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Je start met een jaarcontract met de bedoeling om dit te verlengen naar onbepaalde tijd, uiteraard wanneer jij en Argenta dit zien zitten.

De hoogte van je salaris is afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en ervaring. Bij de 36,5 urige werkweekhoren 204,4 vakantie - en 21,9 ADV uren op jaar basis bij. Daarnaast een vakantietoeslag van 8% van je jaarsalaris. Dat is samen meer dan 6 weken verlof

Argenta kent een vaste 13e maand en een goed pensioenplan. Daarnaast ontvang je nog een bruto toeslag van €100,- per maand en is het mogelijk om hybride te werken.
