When you will join the company, there will be a good training program to quickly learn your new role.Functie omschrijvingAs a senior production employee in a 2-shift system, you will be considered as the right hand of the team leader production. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging line. Your responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the packaging line and ensuring efficient operations;
- Providing operational guidance to a team of 4 to 6 production employees;
- Acting as the right hand of the production team leader, assisting in day-to-day tasks and decision-making;
- Reporting to the team leader on developments regarding workforce deployment, output, and quality.
- Resolving minor technical issues;
- Adjusting and setting up production lines.
- Gross monthly salary between €2,073 and €2,826 (excluding additional benefits);
- Shift allowance of ;
- Holiday allowance and a year-end bonus;
- ADV compensation of on top of your gross monthly salary;
- Travel allowance;
- Opportunities for growth and development.
- Relevant working experience in a production environment is a must;
- Experience in the food industry is a big plus;
- Strong in communication;
- Always willing to learn;
- Able to communicate in English;
