Introduction to the job

As Scrum Master of the D&E EL DUV Electronics Development MSI( Mains and safety infra structure team, you will drive the team of highly professional Safety Handling control engineers to high performance.

In this position you are part of a team that takes responsibility for the development of the Mains and safety infra structure In our DUV Machines . You are driving the team from specification through system integration and towards release for volume. You will built a competent team, guard planning and be transparent on risks towards your stakeholders. You will guide the team on change and lean - agile practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

As Scrum Master you will be responsible for the daily delivery of the MSI Deliverables, on time, within budget and with the agreed quality. Multiple technical disciplines work in the project in a concurrent engineering way. You will align requirements with the product owner and stakeholders and use teamwork skills to solve problems and optimize team performance.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Ensures delivery of solutions to achieve PI objectives committed by the team
  • Ensures that risks, operational dependencies and impediments are solved by the team or properly escalated
  • Provides insights and transparency on team maturity, predictability, progress , performance and secures quality of the value delivered
  • Ensures that the team relentlessly improves on ASML processes and way of working (based on agile mindset and principles)
  • Ensures the Team rituals are effective and contributes to Train
  • Enables a High Performing Team
  • Contributes where possible to the Community of Practice (CoP)
Educational Level and Experience
  • A Bachelor, Master Degree or PhD in a technical field such as (Electronic / mechanical) engineering,with focus on Control.
  • At least 4 years of experience within electronic design, preferably within ASML or in related high tech industry.
  • A technical background (both theoretical and practical) in at least electronics and control.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary project work involving mechanics, electronics and software as scrum master is a pre.
Skills
  • Team player, highly motivated, enthusiast, flexible and a good communicator, ability to think and act on a strategic level.
  • Think broad, learn fast, take responsibility, act decisive and show critical sense.
  • Lead and work with a multidisciplinary team, give direction and motivate
  • Convince others of your ideas.
  • Strong analytical ability with a pragmatic attitude.
  • Good knowledge of English language.
