The Channel Sales and Activations (CSA) team at Google is a critical part of the company's sales and marketing strategy. We are responsible for driving the execution of Google's operational partnerships via various channels across partners in EMEA.
CSA plays a key role in ensuring that Google's products and services are available to consumers through a variety of channels, including retail stores, carriers, online retailers, call centers, and B2B partners. We work closely with these partners to develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans, and to optimize the customer experience.
As the Manager of Channel Sales and Activations, you will drive the execution of Google’s operational partnerships via various channels (i.e., Retail, carriers, online, call centers and B2B) across partners in the region, including working closely with Carriers, Consumer Electronics and Specialty Retailers on a variety of activities designed to drive promotions of Google Hardware, generate actionable consumer insights, solve day-to-day issues that our partners face and build partner advocacy through influence and negotiation. You will also be responsible for advocating on behalf of our partners to cross-functional teams internally to drive sales based initiatives and improvements to the partner experience via Google hardware.
Responsibilities
- Build sales channels within partners to unlock new business opportunities (i.e., POS, CC, Online, B2B) with an activation approach, and analyze performance.
- Contribute to scaling Partner Operations for Google hardware through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis, streamlining the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Enable Partners to maximize their performance via innovation, brand advocacy and people management While working with assigned Commercial and Marketing Managers on sharing insights for partner growth.
- Identify key analyses and metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively and report them back to the business.
- Manage and coordinate third-party vendors on executional activities and day-to-day store operations for Google in the Nordics and support implementation of product launches, fixture strategies and related operations (placements, POS, roll out, compliance, etc.).
