Jouw rol

In de functie van Support Engineer ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten bij supportaanvragen die telefonisch en via de e-mail binnenkomen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en oplossen van IT-gerelateerde werkzaamheden als eerste- en tweedelijns Support engineer. Die bestaan onder andere uit het op afstand helpen en ondersteunen van onze relaties met installaties, storingen, servers, (Wifi-) netwerken en werkplekken. Wat wij belangrijk vinden voor onze Support Engineers is proactief zijn, zelfstandig en verantwoordelijkheid hebben.

Wie we zoeken

  • Kennis van Windows Server, M365 en werkplekbeheer;
  • Een klant- en resultaatgerichte instelling; de klant staat vooraan bij DesktopToWork;
  • Leergierig; je bent bereidt om nieuwe dingen te leren en zaken “out of the box” op te pakken.;
