Jouw rol

Binnen JMG sta je in contact met onze hele organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met managers, HR, C-level, Online Marketing & Development en Finance. En incidenteel met onze klanten en kandidaten. Je zal je bezig gaan houden met de disciplines Arbeidsrecht, Contractenrecht, Privacy— en soms Intellectuele Eigendom en ICT-recht.


Core tasks

Binnen JMG ben je hoofdzakelijk verantwoordelijk voor:

  • het als vraagbaak fungeren voor (business unit) managers, HR en het MT omtrent alle juridische vraagstukken
  • het opstellen van (template)contracten en processtukken
  • het opstellen en bijwerken van kennisbronnen over juridische onderwerpen voor het bedrijf
  • het eventueel voeren van gerechtelijke procedures
  • het juridisch toetsen van verschillende op de arbeidsmarkt gerichte campagnes
  • het fungeren als Privacy Officer voor de gehele organisatie: o.a. beleidsdocumenten, overeenkomsten en interne en externe regelingen opstellen en de organisatie adviseren over gegevensverwerking


Wie we zoeken

Als onze Legal Counsel beschik je over het volgende:

  • Een afgeronde masteropleiding Nederlands Recht, bij voorkeur in civiel recht
  • Minimaal 2 en maximaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als advocaat of bedrijfsjurist, liefst in een commerciële en resultaatgerichte omgeving
  • Minimaal kennis van en ervaring in het arbeidsrecht, algemeen verbintenissenrecht en privacy
  • Ervaring als Privacy Officer is een pre
  • Affiniteit met ICT(-recht) is een pre
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Analytisch denkvermogen en goed ontwikkelde drafting-skills

Verder ben je een communicatietalent, zelfredzaam, dienstverlenend en overtuigend.
