Wij zijn op zoek naar een energieke teamleider met gedegen ervaring in accountingprocessen en met sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten om ons team Financial Accounting te versterken. Als ervaren leidinggevende speel je een cruciale rol in het sturen en begeleiden van jouw team. Door jouw expertise draag je bij aan een solide financieel beheer en een sterke compliance-cultuur binnen en buiten de afdeling.

Je bent werkzaam binnen Eneco Financial Services en geeft leiding aan een team van circa 10 enthousiaste financieel-administratieve professionals. Dit team houdt zich primair bezig met het zorgdragen voor een juiste en volledige financiële grootboekadministratie in nauwe samenwerking met o.a. Financial Control en Business Control. Je zorgt voor een optimale taakverdeling, effectieve werkprocessen en een positieve werkomgeving. Je coacht en begeleidt jouw teamleden, biedt hun ondersteuning bij complexe accounting vraagstukken en stimuleert hun professionele groei. Als Teamlead Financial Accounting ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het team en ben je samen met je team verantwoordelijk voor de grootboekadministratie voor alle Eneco entiteiten Je coördineert de werkzaamheden van het team op dagelijkse basis. Je hebt oog voor detail zonder de grote lijn uit het oog te verliezen. Je werkt nauw samen met andere afdelingen om informatie uit te wisselen en af te stemmen over te verrichten werkzaamheden.

Natuurlijk ben jij gespitst op efficiencyverbeteringen, kostenbesparingen en het verbeteren van inzichten en controle op te verrichten activiteiten. Je blijft op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied. Je volgt nieuwe wet- en regelgeving, richtlijnen en trends en past deze toe in de praktijk.

  • Je draagt zorg voor een goed en efficiënt accountingproces en voor een goed verloop van de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Je waarborgt dat de financiële administratie voldoet aan relevante wet- en regelgeving, accountingstandaarden (zoals IFRS/Dutch GAAP) en andere compliance-vereisten
  • Je draagt bij aan het verder professionaliseren, standaardiseren en harmoniseren van de accounting processen en werkmethoden
  • Je motiveert en inspireert jouw teamleden om uitstekende prestaties te leveren, biedt hen vakinhoudelijke ondersteuning, en stimuleert hun professionele ontwikkeling

    • Je bent een energieke teamleider met aantoonbare stevige ervaring in complexe accountingprocessen
    • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring als teamleider of manager waarbij je stuurt op teamontwikkeling en procesoptimalisatie. Een geldige AA-titel is een pré.
    • Je hebt uitgebreide kennis van wet- en regelgeving, zoals de Nederlandse accountingstandaarden (IFRS/Dutch GAAP) en fiscale wetgeving. Ervaring met (SOx is een pré

      Je komt te werken in een kennisintensieve, dynamische organisatie. Eneco Financial Services (EFS) verzorgt de financial transactions, - accounting, -reporting en -control van met name de Nederlandse business units van Eneco. Daarnaast werkt EFS intensief samen met de buitenlandse administraties binnen de groep. De afdeling EFS is onderverdeeld in vier subafdelingen, namelijk Financial Transactions, Financial Accounting, Financial Control en Group Accounting.
