  • Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Deze functie biedt een goede afwisseling. Ongeveer de helft van de tijd ondersteun je de Sales Advisors bij het behalen van doelen, terwijl je de andere helft bezig bent met onderzoek en analyse voor het team. Hier is meer over wat je gaat doen als Sales Support Trainer/ Kwaliteitsmedewerker:

  • Sales Support Trainer:
    • Ontwerp en ontwikkel diverse trainingen om service en klanttevredenheid te verbeteren, inclusief producten, systemen, processen en soft skills;
    • Overleg met managers om opleidingsbehoeften te identificeren;
    • Evalueer trainingsresultaten en ontwikkelingsstrategieën.
  • Kwaliteitsmedewerker:
    • Meet statistieken en voer procesbeoordelingen uit om inefficiëntie te identificeren;
    • Werk constant aan het verbeteren van workflowkwaliteit en efficiëntie;
    • Onderzoek of klantbehandeling efficiënt verloopt.

Daarnaast heb je regelmatig overleg met de Teamlead Sales om de voortgang en bevindingen van Sales Advisors te bespreken.

  • Functie-eisen

Je werkt fulltime, 40 uur per week en voldoet aan de volgende criteria voor de vacature Sales Support Trainer/ Kwaliteitsmedewerker:

  • Bachelorsdiploma of vergelijkbaar denkniveau door werkervaring;
  • 3-4 jaar relevante werkervaring;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt;
  • Goede aandacht voor detail, analytisch vermogen en bereidheid om anderen te helpen;
  • Bereidheid tot avond- en weekendwerk indien nodig.
  • Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Je werkt in een hecht team van 13 Sales Advisors en hebt volop mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. De vacature biedt:

  • Bruto salaris van ongeveer €3700,- op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring;
  • 26 vakantiedagen met optie tot 5 extra dagen;
  • Mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling.

Dit betreft een vaste aanstelling bij de organisatie, geen tijdelijke functie.
