JOB OVERVIEW:

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts. This position is within Data & Device business unit under Communications solutions segment. The team complements and supplements the activities of sales team and ensures contribution to POS and TE Revenue Projection growth through sales execution activities. Most importantly helping the customer and winning with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Own OEM accounts fulfilled by channel that drive channel pipeline and channel POS/Indirect Sales to grow the indirect business sales YoY.
  • Drive and deliver execution on Data & Devices (D&D) product pipeline and TE Revenue Projection/Pipeline conversion.
  • Interlock with internal teams including sales, PM, channel sales and other functions to prioritize and align on execution priorities.
  • With a growth mindset engage with channel partners to align and drive application roadmaps for the target customers to grow the D&D application portfolio with these customers
  • Participate in broader regional and BU strategies to drive actions that are important for the regional team to succeed for any particular FY.
  • Track territory progress and plan the mechanisms required to grow the assigned territory along with the involved teams.
  • Ensure that channel partners are aligned, connected and focused on must-win projects and customers
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's technical or business degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years experience in a similar role preferably in a technical environment and digital/inside sales
  • Fluent in German and English languages (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills, influencing abilities, and ability to provide effective feedback.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to initiate, organize, and complete multiple tasks promptly.
  • Demonstrates ability to share creative and new ideas.
  • Consultative selling experience desired
  • Relevant product or industry experience is a plus
  • Team player, critical thinker, self-motivator, and ability to maintain a proactive positive attitude.
  • A passion for serving customers
