Dit geldt voor alle processen binnen onze organisatie zoals, logistieke operatie, IT, Finance, Customer Service etc. Je bent in de lead bij key projecten voor onze klant bol., inclusief de uiteindelijke uitrol van deze verbeterprojecten. Vanuit het Continuous Improvement-team denk je mee hoe we verbeteringen kunnen doorvoeren in lijn met de gezamenlijke doelen van de klant. Het is belangrijk dat je de stakeholders enthousiasmeert en betrekt bij jouw projecten zodat je een gezamenlijk draagvlak creëert waardoor jouw project succesvol de "lucht" in gaat.
Je gaat deel uitmaken van een team met een passie voor logistiek in een open en informele setting. Als member van het Continuous Improvement Team voor onze klant bol. kun je je in een razendsnel tempo ontwikkelen tot een specialist op gebied van Project Management, Operations Management en Engineering. WAT GA JE DOEN
Je verbetert bestaande processen en zet nieuwe processen op door de totale organisatie;Je leidt Business Process Improvement projecten met focus op resultaat in lijn met de wens van de interne- en externe klant;Je beoordeelt processen vanuit zowel onze zijde als klantzijde;Je demonstreert de toegevoegde waarde van een gestandaardiseerde verbeterstructuur;Je maakt gerealiseerde verbeteringen zichtbaar voor de organisatie;Je werkt nauw samen met de klant en leidinggevende binnen de organisatie om verbeterpotentie inzichtelijk te krijgen en te realiseren;Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met project sponsoren, de klant, de cross functionele teams en overige stakeholders.WAAR ZIJN WE NAAR OP ZOEK?
Een afgeronde hbo of wo opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain of Logisitiek;Minimaal 2 jaar gerelateerde werkervaring in projectmanagement;Goed analytisch vermogen en een planmatig en gestructureerde werkwijze;Je bent pro-actief en kunt goed (om)schakelen in een dynamische omgeving;Stressbestendig en een goed diplomatiek gevoel;Uitstekende communicatie in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.WAT BIEDEN WE JOU?
