Het doel van een Change Maker is doorgaans; verandering in een organisatie bewerkstelligen voor een thema wat hoog op de strategische agenda staat. Dit doet de Change maker door de huidige staat te begrijpen, de toekomstige staat te definiëren en om de activiteiten te bepalen die nodig zijn om van de huidige naar de toekomstige staat te gaan en belanghebbenden hierop aan te sluiten en mee te nemen in deze beweging. Een belangrijk onderdeel hiervan is: het ophalen van de werkelijke wensen en behoeften van stakeholders om onderliggende problemen en oorzaken te achterhalen.
Change Makers spelen een essentiële rol bij het afstemmen van de ontworpen en geleverde oplossingen om uiteindelijk waarde te creëren voor de eindgebruiker of klant. 'End User experience' wordt dan ook veel gebruikt, net als design thinking of werken met roadmaps.
Verandering is overal in de organisatie en wordt uitgevoerd op verschillende lagen; initiatieven kunnen strategisch, tactisch of operationeel zijn; verandering kan worden uitgevoerd binnen de grenzen van een project of tijdens de bedrijfstransformatie of als onderdeel van voortdurende verbetering.
Vanuit YACHT wordt de Change maker natuurlijk begeleid en geholpen bij carrièreplanning, vervolg loopbaanpaden, trainingen (verdieping/verbreding). Dit alles om zowel persoonlijke als professionele groei te creëren.
Vanaf het eerste moment wordt je gestimuleerd om contact te leggen met andere professionals binnen het Yacht netwerk. Dat begint bij de Yacht onboarding. En ook daarna ontmoet je collega's en professionals regelmatig.
De Change maker zal als interim professional van Yacht en onderdeel van het Yacht Change team gaan opereren. De expertise die de Change maker meebrengt, wordt zowel 'op opdracht' als binnen Yacht ingezet. Daarnaast zal het netwerk van de Change maker worden gekoppeld aan het Yacht netwerk. De Change maker helpt mee door kansen voor mogelijke nieuwe opdrachten te delen, welke ontstaan uit het gezamenlijke netwerk.
Werkzaamheden
- Begrijpen en het in kaart brengen van uitdagingen, processen en doelen van een organisatie en hoe de beoogde verandering hieraan bijdraagt;
- Het verwoorden van behoeften en beweegredenen voor verandering;
- Bepalen welke stappen nodig zijn op korte en middellange termijn;
- Anderen kunnen meenemen in wat nodig is (o.a. door visualisatie);
- 'Driving change' - sturen op wanneer wat gerealiseerd moet zijn;
- Commitment en verbinding creëren bij stakeholders;
- Leidinggeven aan een projectteam.
- Een afgeronde WO-studie bij voorkeur Bedrijfskunde of Economie;
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante en recente werkervaring opgedaan binnen een complexe project/transitie omgeving;
- Ontwikkelde en aantoonbare vaardigheden om keten- en netwerkgericht te organiseren;
- Project Management ervaring;
