Regional Manager – Netherlands (Noord-Brabant)


  • Acquisition and development of new contracts, where the recommended candidates for work are mainly foreigners.
  • Implementation and coordination of acquired projects,
  • Achievement of the set sales targets in the entrusted area,
  • Managing a team of subordinate employees,
  • Building good and lasting relationships with contractors

  • Experience and knowledge of the industry will be an advantage,
  • High level of competence in the area of negotiation and sales,
  • Knowledge of issues related to the principles of employment and remuneration of employees and knowledge of the provisions of the Labour Law (Collective Bargaining Agreement) will be an advantage,
  • Self-discipline and very good organization of working time,
  • Ability to work and complete tasks under time pressure,
  • Higher education,
  • Practical ability to use MS Office,
  • Knowledge of English and Dutch at the intermediate level B1/B2, knowledge of Polish will be an advantage,
  • Ability to work in a team,
  • Preferred place of residence of the candidate, or willingness to work outside the place of permanent residence in the province of Noord-Brabant.
  • Driving licence category B.
