Our client is the biggest streaming service provider and they are looking for an experienced Benefits Coordinator EMEA (40hrs, hybrid) in Amsterdam.

The Benefits Coordinator plays a crucial role within the organization by assisting with the managing and tactical tasks of the employee benefits programs.

Position: Benefits Coordinator (hybrid, 40 hours) Location: Amsterdam

All applicants MUST have full legal authorization to work in the EU region independently and be fluent in both spoken and written English language .

Offer

Temporary agency contract via Grafton for 11 months with possible extension or conversion to client contract

Start: ASAP

End date: 31 October 2024

Salary depending on experience: between € 4.154-€ 4.616,- gross per month based on 40 hours; No travel allowance reimbursement

The role

This Benefits Coordinator position is part of the Talent Experience and Operations (TEO) team based in Amsterdam, which designs and delivers the infrastructure and operations to deliver an outstanding employee experience throughout the full lifecycle of employees in the regional market.

In this role you will:

Administration of our Benefits Programs: You will work closely with our external and internal stakeholders (Employee Services, Payroll, Finance, Benefits and external brokers and vendors) to ensure accurate data exchange and effective operations of our EMEA benefit programs: Enrollment: Manage the enrollment process for new hires and internal transfers and assist existing employees during changes in our benefits offerings. Maintenance: Keep employee benefits records up-to-date, including employee changes and coverage updates, and work closely with HRIS to manage workflows and automation of our internal systems (i.e. Workday and Darwin) Communication: Support with creating clear benefit communications and enhancing and updating our internal and external benefits site. Reporting: Prepare and submit required reports to brokers, external vendors and internal stakeholders. Invoicing: Create cost allocations, and POs and process invoices for payment Vendor Management Coordination: Work with our broker and insurance providers, and other third-party vendors to manage our benefits offerings. Employee Support and Education Assistance: Provide support to the Employee Services team in responding to employee benefit inquiries and issues.
