In this role, you will provide second and third-level support in the customer's own ticket system and provide user support for software and hardware queries and faults.
You create problem analyses and are responsible for the systematic preparation of tickets for the internal development department.
You will be responsible for monitoring the customer's own software systems and some customer installations with CheckMK
You support the planning, conception and implementation of topics in the software environment of our customers
You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience in the administration of IT systems or IT service management.
You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures and services (Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services)
You are communicative, customer and service-oriented and a team player
Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
