What You’ll Do: As a key member of the team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, guiding them through their orders and ensuring they receive top-tier service.
You’ll:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, offering personalized support.
  • Help customers place, adjust, and complete their orders with care.
  • Draft tailor-made quotes and ensure they meet customer needs.
  • Address customer complaints with creative, solution-focused approaches.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements Who You Are: Fluent in German, both spoken and written. Friendly, customer-focused, and commercially savvy. Available for at least 32 hours per week. Whether you have experience in a similar role or are new to the industry, they're excited to teach you everything you need to know
Working conditions What They Offer:

A competitive monthly salary ranging from €2,350 to €2,600 based on a 38-hour work week (in line with CAO Open Teelten). Daily lunch for just €10 per month. 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment). Travel reimbursement, pension plan, and 8% holiday pay.
