Your roleAre you looking for an inside commercial position with international scope? Are you the one who can support our existing customers and switch quickly when a new customer is added to your portfolio?As a Commercial Export Employee at Fabory, you will be the first point for your customers who will contact you regarding a variety of topics from sales to claims or transport. You will achieve and exceed commercial customer objectives by knowing your customers and how to respond to them. You will always be on the lookout for better, more efficient ways of improving our internal processes and will drive the entire order-to-cash process. As in any role at Fabory, collaboration is key and you will be working closely with other teams for example from Procurement, Sourcing and Supply Chain. Together with the outside sales team we will collaborate with our customers serving them according to their needs and SLA's. After the onboarding specific customers will be appointed at your portfolio as well.Your profile
  • Good communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch, both spoken and in writing. If you are still learning Dutch, don't let that stop you from applying;
  • A Bachelor's level degree;
  • You have a commercial appetite and you know how to switch quickly between different priorities and interests;
  • You have preferably already gained experience in a commercial B2B environment;
  • You bring enthusiasm, drive, pro-activty and team-spirit with you.
