Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?
Je bent continue bezig klantverwachtingen te overtreffen. Je onderhoudt relaties met klanten, prospects en partners en verrast hen met attenties en proactieve communicatie. Je signaleert behoeftes, denkt mee in oplossingen, verbeterpunten en houdt alle contacten bij in het CRM systeem. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de klanten van zowel de Microlino store in Amsterdam als de online oriënterende prospects. Je bent het gezicht en de stem voor klanten van het merk Microlino in Nederland. Je monitort en rapporteert op de samen bepaalde KPI’s.

Jij bent spontaan, toegankelijk en houdt wel van een uitdaging. Maar bovenal ben je een teamplayer Niets maakt jou gelukkiger dan anderen blij maken, en dat zie je terug wanneer je vol energie naar de Microlino-store gaat en met diezelfde energie weer naar huis gaat. Engels en Nederlands? Daar draai jij je hand niet voor om. Accuraat en betrouwbaar zijn? Check Commercieel denken en problemen oplossen? Easy peasy Maar eerlijkheid en respect zijn jouw middle names. Als je ook nog eens ervaring hebt in de hospitality en met CRM-systemen, dan zit je helemaal gebakken
