- You have IT-related vocational training and have already gained several years of professional experience
- You have in-depth knowledge of the common operating systems Android, iOS and MacOS
- You have good knowledge of mobile device management, ideally JAMF School or Microsoft Intune
- You work just as well independently as in a team and are solution-oriented
- You are characterized by a strong customer and service orientation, as well as a structured and careful way of working
- You have a class B driving license
- Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
Sound knowledge (at least in combination) in the following areas is desirable:
- MDM systems, ideally JAMF School or Microsoft Intune

- Apple operating systems (iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, macOS)
