Dan is dit de baan voor jouAls Technical Service Support Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assisteren van collega's wereldwijd bij het oplossen van complexe technische vraagstukken. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productontwikkeling en productmanagement om structurele oplossingen te ontwikkelen en implementeren. Het Manure Team:
Lely heeft zeer innovatieve oplossingen voor de veehouders, zoals de Astronaut melkrobot, Vector automatisch voersysteem en geavanceerde mestrobots. Ons team is verantwoordelijk voor de oplossingen die in het 'Manure' portfolio vallen: de mestrobots. Dit houdt in dat we de meeste tijd besteden aan de Discovery 90 S/SW, de Discovery Collector, en de N-Capture van het Lely Sphere systeem. Taken:
Je lost complexe technische problemen op die een monteur en de regionale clusters niet opgelost krijgen. Daarnaast handel je incidenten af vanuit jouw technische expertise.
Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van kennis en expertise op de diverse Lely locaties wereldwijd. Samen met collega's zorg je voor goede trainingen voor onze monteurs en product specialisten wereldwijd.
Binnen Lely is ons team de stem van de boer en monteur voor doorontwikkeling van onze producten. Hiervoor doen wij data-analyses en hebben we contact met de verschillende regio’s waarin Lely actief is.
Wij zorgen door middel van het stellen van uitgangspunten en validatie ervoor dat nieuwe oplossingen voldoen aan de hoge eisen die wij stellen aan een Lely product. Hiervoor werken wij samen met collega’s van onder andere product development en product management.
Wat breng je mee?Je bent klaar voor jouw eerste/tweede stap in jouw carrière als engineer of bent al een specialist en snapt hoe onze oplossingen in elkaar steken. Je vraagt door tot je de kern van het vraagstuk te pakken hebt en zoekt zelf, of samen met collega’s, naar het juiste antwoord. Kan niet of gaat niet, dat zijn voor jouw geen antwoorden.
Je hebt bij een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in een technische richting zoals elektrotechniek, mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of software engineering.
Naast de techniek van je opleidingsrichting vind je het ook leuk om je te verdiepen in andere technische richtingen.
Je legt gemakkelijk contact met collega’s van andere afdelingen op de Lely Campus maar ook binnen ons internationale netwerk.
Je vindt het leuk om technische vragen uit te pluizen en om problemen op te lossen, in samenwerking met je collega's wereldwijd.
Gezien het internationale karakter van deze functie is een goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift een vereiste. Daarbij moet je het niet erg vinden om af en toe internationaal te reizen voor werk.
Je bent bereid om mee te draaien in het on-call rooster voor de 24/7 hotline support.
