As an operator, you work 38 hours per week in a rotating shift schedule, with early shifts (05:30-14:00) and afternoon/evening shifts (14:30-23:00). The early shift is scheduled on weekdays and up to two Saturdays per month during daytime hours. The afternoon/evening shift takes place only on weekdays.
They provide close guidance to help employees grow in their roles. When you join the team, you’ll follow a thorough onboarding program to help you get started quickly and confidently.Functie omschrijvingAs an operator you will be considered as the right hand of the team leader production. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging line. Overseeing the packaging line and ensuring efficient operations;
Providing operational guidance to a team of 4 to 6 production employees;
Acting as the right hand of the production team leader, assisting in day-to-day tasks and decision-making;
Reporting to the team leader on developments regarding workforce deployment, output, and quality.
Adjusting and setting up production lines.
Relevant working experience in a production environment is a must;
Experience in the food industry is a big plus;
Able to communicate in English;
