Lab Technician/ Analyst

Tasks
- Plan and set up experiments, discuss with project leader and acquire approval, prepare equipment and ensure availability of all necessary materials on time
- Execute experiments in a laboratory environment according to test setup and applicable health and safety regulations
- Collect and analyse results of executed experiments according to test setup, and summarise, analyse, interpret and report results in the appropriate systems
- Manage laboratory, improve work processes and ensure availability of all basic materials like disposables, ingredients and equipment according to guidelines and health and safety regulations
- Maintain, improve and actualise laboratory equipment and validate and calibrate equipment regularly in accordance with applicable guidelines
- Discuss requirements, and develop, test and implement new or improved methods and techniques, when possible in cooperation with suppliers
- Issue advice at request or at own initiative based on own expertise
**Requirements**:
- Pro-active, lab-oriented team player
- Hands-on problem solving skills - translating your understanding of the problem into an approach towards a solution
- Education in pharmacy, physical chemistry, lab technology or related
- Comfortable in using the English language
- \ >3 years of experience in laboratory or pilot environment
- Powder characterization experience
