We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our sparkling HR team. In this position you will support our HR team in their daily operations and projects. During the day there is plenty of room to learn more about SodaStream HR.

The HR department is aimed at supporting NLC proactively on the complete field of HR, where main areas of responsibility are payroll, recruitment, onboarding, sickness guidance, training and development and overall HR support to all levels of management at NLC.

**Requirements**:
**What are we looking for?**
- You are currently in an associate degree/ bachelor education in the direction Human Resources Management
- Most of our communication is in English, so basic English level is required. You do not need to be fluent in English ;)
- Your internship allows you to work minimum of three days for SodaStream, on these days you work in the office in Tilburg.

**Your responsibilities**
- Administrative support on hires, terminations, sickness guidance or mutations for our HR Business Partners and Payroll within SodaStream NLC
- Support our Employee Experience Specialist in the planning and execution of corporate events
- Support on all Learning & Development related topics
- Join in on meetings, job interviews, supporting with Talent Acquisition tasks, etc.
- Answer first line questions from colleagues in our office
- Carry out your own projects. Is there something you would like to add to our business?
