We are looking for a project leader to lead product development and/or industrialization projects for our in

In addition, you are responsible for typical project management matters such as:

- Working in accordance with the project management process;
- Prepare project reports internally and externally (planning, budget, scope, resources and risks);
- Risk management;
- Stakeholder management;
- Change management;
- Resource management;
- Cost control.

**Who are you?**:
You are already a project leader and looking for a new challenge or you are currently a lead engineer with an ambition to become a project leader. You enjoy helping customers move forward and building strong relationships with customers in a high-tech or complex mechanical engineering environment. You are proactive and demonstrate servant leadership. You have organizational skills that make you strive to control the world around you with order and structure. You are communicative, confident and social.

**In concrete terms, this means that you**:

- You have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical or mechatronic);
- Five years of relevant work experience in a mechanical engineering environment;
- Experience in leading/managing team members.
